Selected critical and post-surgical patients may stay under 24-hour monitored care — supervised by a nurse and/or veterinarian as assessed by our team. We are open daily 9:00–19:00 and are not a walk-in emergency hospital.
It means overnight monitoring for patients who need it — not a 24-hour walk-in ER. Admission is case-by-case after veterinary assessment.
We do not accept unscheduled emergency walk-ins around the clock. For true life-threatening emergencies outside 09:00–19:00, go to the nearest 24-hour emergency hospital — we can advise via LINE.
Updates are provided during the stay. English-speaking owners should use LINE for the fastest clear updates from the veterinary team.
