Do your vets speak English?
Yes. Our veterinarians — including the lead vet — consult in English. Reception is Thai-first, so the fastest path for English speakers is LINE. Message symptoms, photos or a short video and a vet will reply.
Is PSAH a 24-hour walk-in emergency hospital?
No. We are open daily 9:00–19:00 and are not a walk-in emergency hospital. Selected critical or post-surgical patients may receive 24-hour monitored in-patient care, as assessed by our vets.
Does PSAH have a board-certified surgeon and anesthesiologist?
Yes — a board-certified soft-tissue surgeon and veterinary anesthesiologist on staff full-time, not as visiting consultants, plus multiple Thai-board diplomates (DipTBVS / DipTBVIM) on the team.
Can my dog or cat get an echocardiogram here?
Yes. We provide echocardiography for heart-disease diagnosis and staging (MVD / HCM) and for pre-anesthetic risk assessment in cardiac patients.
Do you offer feline rhinoscopy?
Yes. Our endoscopy tower supports feline rhinoscopy for chronic sneezing, nasal discharge or epistaxis, including targeted sampling.
Do you provide Electrochemotherapy for pet cancer?
Yes, when indicated. We plan cancer care case-by-case around surgical oncology (our main strength), chemotherapy and electrochemotherapy (ECT), with palliative support.
Do you offer home rehabilitation and home euthanasia?
Yes. Home rehabilitation with appropriate equipment for large, painful or geriatric pets; and home euthanasia led by a CAETA-certified veterinarian.
Why is PSAH more expensive than other clinics nearby?
We are not the cheapest hospital in East Bangkok. Pricing reflects specialist time, proper monitoring, Harmonic / LigaSure instrumentation and real outcomes. If price is the only criterion, another clinic may fit better.
